  • Combo: Snatch –> down to racked position –> unilat FSQ –> press
  • 24 kg, 5/5, 3 sets

  • Windmill –> directly into one-arm overhead squat –> up:

  • One-arm overhead squat –> directly into windmill –> up:
  • 24 kg, 3/3 rep, 5 sets

  • Floorpress dropset:
  • 2 x 32 kg, 8 rep
    2 x 24 kg, 10 rep

  • KB Snatch

  • TGU with press in bottom position:
