Guarden is back!! September 25, 2007

It has been some pretty intense work-days for me the last 14 days, so have not had the time for some update.

But the training has continued as usual – I will not sum up all the training, just the most important ones.

I won the Danish Tactical Strength Challenge with:

  • Deadlift
  • 196 kg

  • Pullups
  • 20 reps

  • Snatch, 24 kg, 5 min
  • 141 reps.

    It showed up to be enough to win the international class as well, so that’s just great :-D

    I have been doing loads of pullups and dips the last 14 days with the following protocol:

  • Wide grip pullups
  • directly further to

  • Pullups
  • directly further to

  • Chinups
  • Max out in all of the to prefatigue the lats before the to final exercises.

    Performing between 3-4 rounds with minimal breaks between each round.
