This blog is dedicated to those of you who want to be seduced into training. It will contain my ideas about true functional training and explanations of exercises step by step. I will show you how you can integrate them in your daily life to create a healthy body and increase the performance in your particular sport. My trainingphilosophy is towards bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, ropeclimbing, ringtraining, sandbags and other functional stuff. In short time there will be video´s included to show you step by step how to master the exercises.
Additionally I will write about latests news in exercise physiology, thoughts and resumés about exercise physiology in general, to keep you on the edge for outstanding performance.
